The Line on The Score... Over the hills and far away, neatly tucked in the town of Glastonbury, Connecticut, a classic rock band was formed. Drummer Walter Jennings hooked up with two guitarists, Dave Gager and Dr. Jonas McAlarney, and began the jam.  Walter was previously in a band with other teachers from East Hartford Middle School, and shortly afterward, his former bandmates, bassist Matt Aliberti and then smooth vocalist Jeremy Banks joined the jam. Jonas left the band to further his medical career, and enter lead guitarist Dave Blodgett, bringing us to another level.  In August of 2007, the band officially added Tom Donato as a saxophone player, as the band cemented itself as a versatile party band that can jam across many popular musical styles. At the end of 2013, the band went through some more changes as Gager, Blodgett and Jennings all decided to try something different.  So after a few lineup changes over the course of time as friends come and go, we are now pumping on all cylinders with vocalist Jeremy Banks, bassist Matt Aliberti, Saxophonist Tom Donato,  veteran pro drummer Eric Feder  keyboardist/ multi-instrumentalist Brett Proctor and veteran axeman George Pich into the mix as The Score evolves to become Connecticut's Classic Party Rock and Dance Band!

The Score is a cocktail of many musical influences that encourage you to dance, hold your glass high or even occasionally bang your head. From the 50s/60s/70's, pop to southern rock, Motown to the 80's, funk and even a touch of modern and hard rock, each member brings a different flavor to the band. The band has played public and private affairs, a successful Hurricane Katrina benefit, the Relay for Life Cancer benefit and a NEA teacher's retirement rally at the Connecticut Capital Building that was covered by the news media and attended by 2000 people. Currently, we are playing in several fine establishments where we have cultivated a loyal and growing base of friends. Over the past few years, The Score has branched out and played parties, weddings, outdoor events and town plazas around the area. This year we will achieve our 300th show! So don't be shy- put on those dancin' shoes! Come on out and join the fun!
